There is More to Burning Belly Fat Than Just Food Intake

Loosing stomach fat is not a tall order if you do this right. The truth is, there is more to burning belly fat than just food intake. Many people like to believe losing weight can be solved simply by going on a diet. Here's the kicker: to effectively lose weight and keep it off for good, there must be some physical activity taking place throughout the day.

No one can sit around and lose weight – that simply won't happen. On the other hand, just by doing some cardio exercises for 20 to 30 minutes a day will have a huge impact on your weight loss goals.

Eating three meals a day is not enough if you aim to reduce belly fat and achieve washboard abs. To keep the metabolism working like it should and not throwing it into overdrive, you should eat more than three meals a day.
