Ab Exercises

Stomach fat is hard to get rid off but ab exercises help. It is important to follow a regular exercise schedule as well as eat a healthy diet in order to get rid of this excess fat. Your diet should have ample amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fiber in it.

It is also important that you get the necessary daily amounts of vitamin and minerals. Fruits and vegetables contain plenty of nutrients and fiber and so you should have at least two servings of each per day. Fiber does not provide the body with nutrition and it also helps with digestion and bowel movements.

Fats are also essential to any diet but it is important to restrict your intake of fats to healthy fat burning fats only. Flaxseed oil, sunflower oil and fish oil are healthy oils that provide the body with essential fatty acids such as omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. Your daily exercise schedule should also consist of at least 30 minutes of brisk walking in addition to your ab exercise regimen.
