Fat loss tips for today, contrary to popular belief sit-ups don't work. Why you may ask, well, that's because, believe it or not, you already have a six pack. The reason you or anyone else for that matter can't seem to see them is because they are covered over with fat. Get rid of the fat and presto your six pack will become evident. Now that doesn't mean you don't need to do some sort of core workout exercises just make sure it includes some type of cardio routine. That's my fat loss tips for today.

Fast Fat Loss
