Don't make the mistake of skipping your meals which include fat burning foods in an effort to get rid of stomach fat fast. In fact, skipping meals often have the opposite results on the body: you will gain even more fat. Instead, you should modify your diet and eat fat burning foods such as fruits and vegetables which are high in fiber and low on calorie.
