Lower Abs

Doing body weight circuit training to warm-up the body and lower abs is a good starting workout routine. Followed with resistance training super sets to boost the metabolism will produce a great fat burning session. A number of people falter in their endeavor to loose lower stomach fat and condition their lower abs and begin to believe it is a result of an unachievable goal they set at the onset of the program. Never set goals that sound too good to be true- they usually are. Know your limits and set easier goals in the beginning so that it keeps you motivated. Never plan to loose lower stomach fat, condition your lower abs, and get six pack abs in a week - it is not possible- and you should know that. Stomach fat is just like any other fat in your body it takes some time to lose, it is not instant on, instant off. Be patient.
