Flat Stomach Workout
There are other toning exercises and flat stomach workout you can do, such as crunches, walking, yoga, and simply holding your stomach in. Basically, any exercises which feel like they are stretching your stomach will help as a flat stomach workout - if it feels like it is doing a good job then it probably is. Good food nutrition along with exercise, dieting is a time honored way to deal with body fat. Many people say exercise and diet is over rated and not really work. The sad truth is, 75% of people who say this is just an excuse for their own laziness and lack of self-discipline and wish desire for a flat stomach.
