Fat Burner
Exercising to lose stomach fat is is not always the initial way some can use to start their program. Some need to start by way of a fat burner diet and work exercise in along with diet. I read about one individual who could not exercise to lose the stomach fat. For them if that was the only way to start they knew they would fail at it. "Right now my stomach protrudes from the bottom of my breasts to my groin area. Making me look like I'm 9 months pregnant. I was hoping to start a exercise program that will help me get rid of that pouch. But i can't walk because of the pain and if there isn't another exercise program you can suggest, then i will have to remain fat." For them a fat burner diet is a great starting program.
