Stomach Abs
Not everyone is built to have six-pack abs or a belly flat enough to balance a wine glass on. Ask yourself if your stomach abs expectations are realistic. You might just need to give yourself more credit. Flat stomach abs require you get enough cardio exercise, diet change, and life style alterations. Most people think of crunches and weight training to burn belly fat, and produce sexy stomach abs is enough, but consciously holding in your stomach while you walk, bike, or run will burn belly fat quicker if you do it for at least 30 minutes per day, at least five days per week. Cardio burns calories and revs up your metabolism even when your body is at rest so it doesn't store fat around your stomach as quickly or as easily. Sometimes what looks and feels like stomach fat is just gas or water retention. If you become easily bloated, try drinking more water as dehydration is what causes a body to hold onto water, also increase your intake of fiber and watch those stomach abs develop.
