Six Pack Abs Exercises
Stomach fat is not different then any other fat on your body. It will burn off if you burn more calories then you take in and six pack abs exercises is one of the ways to do that. Depending on genetics though, you may lose fat in other areas before your stomach. This part is out of your control. It is also important to stick to food with a low glycemic index value and six pack abs exercises. There is a list available of the top 15 stomach fat busting foods (they have a very low glycemic index). This list is taken from the list of hundreds of foods in the the low glycemic index category. I will share it in a future post.
